Terms of service
A plain-English summary of the rules for using Holm. The full Terms of Service that govern your use of Holm are at app.holm.homes/terms — where they differ from this summary, those govern. For questions, use the contact form.
1. Account rules
You must be 18+ and provide accurate information. One person per account; shared use should go through Trusted access.
2. Acceptable use
Don't use Holm to store illegal content, attack our systems, or misrepresent property ownership. We may suspend accounts that do.
3. Payment
Paid plans renew automatically — monthly or annually — until you cancel. A first subscription may include a 14-day free trial; we take your card details when the trial starts, so if you don't cancel before it ends the trial becomes a paid plan at the price shown when you signed up. You can cancel online yourself at any time from Settings → Plan, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account moves to the Free plan: you keep your record, any homes above the Free limit become read-only rather than being deleted, and you can export everything at any time. We will tell you at least 10 days before any price change. Billing is handled by a third-party payment processor — Holm never stores your full card details.
4. Termination
You can cancel any time. We can terminate for acceptable-use violations. Termination does not remove your data export rights.
5. Intellectual property
Holm owns the software and brand. You own your data and content. We may use aggregated, anonymized stats to improve the product.
6. Limitation of liability
Holm is a decision-support tool, not financial, legal, medical, or tax advice. We're not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, where Solis Core Inc. is incorporated. Disputes are resolved in state or federal court in Delaware.
8. Text messages (SMS)
When you verify a phone number, you agree to receive a one-time verification code from Holm by text message (SMS). Codes are sent only when you request one and are used solely to confirm your number. We do not send marketing texts. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency depends on how often you request a code. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
